🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years total experience in a similar role and 3+ years as TPM in high-growth SaaS.
- Strong Jira aptitude and knowledge of engineering management platforms (e.g., Jellyfish).
- Strong at team-level Agile with experience in scaled frameworks.
- Ability to drive open items (risks, dependencies) to resolution in planning/execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in an R&D org from idea to completion.
- Technical aptitude to understand high-level architecture and drive planning/execution.
