Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, deploy large-scale financial apps end-to-end.
• Partner with engineering leads, PMs, designers to define scope and deliverables.
• Drive Data Governance and Data Privacy programs forward.
• Establish clear communication; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and integration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management in software.
• Hands-on AI-driven optimization of operations and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Data Governance and Data Privacy initiatives (data retention, DSAR).
• Strong SDLC, agile Kanban, and modern architectures (microservices, cloud-native).
• Leadership to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
