Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning and execution of STEPS tech initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from ideation to launch.
• Own STEPS portfolio management and operating rhythms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
• Build strong internal and external partner relationships.
• Drive execution excellence and continuous improvement in PM processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in technical program management leading cross-functional projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and PM frameworks.
• Experience enabling geographically dispersed teams and translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Define and track program metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership to motivate and influence teams.
• Excellent communication to convey complex tech to diverse audiences.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and deliver results.
• Familiarity with security concepts, AWS, Kubernetes, Argo CD; SRE/DevOps is a plus.
