- Own the integrated master schedule, cost baseline, and risk register
- Lead reviews, lab demos, environmental tests, and final reporting
- Manage IR&D vs customer-funded work within scope and funding

- Coordinate with Capture and Business Development on transition strategy
- Oversee subcontractors and critical-path vendors for focal plane arrays, IDCAs, and cryocoolers
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years program management of complex technical systems
- 5+ years hands-on technical/engineering experience
- Direct experience in space/defense/aerospace program planning and execution
- Experience managing programs with multiple subcontractors and critical-path supply chains
- Government contracts, data rights, and CDRL management experience; ITAR
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
