📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision for a search platform.
• Own core search: ingestion, indexing, relevance, reliability.
• Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow with customer focus.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on architecture and sequencing.
• Enable product teams to build search experiences with shared tooling.
• Translate platform strategy into a clear roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure performant, intuitive search experiences.

• 4–6+ years in product management, owning platform capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency; partner with Eng on design and maintainability.
• Deep empathy for frontline users; base decisions on real needs.
• Thrive in ambiguous, cross-team environments; define roadmaps and outcomes.
• Balance early validation with durable foundations that scale.
• Strong pattern recognition; reuse existing solutions at MaintainX.
