Be the voice of the customer from airline/airport users and internal operators
Scope milestones enabling data-driven iterative development
Drive technical execution across real-time and infra-heavy systems
Lead cross-functional teams; primary POC for Fleet Operations products

🎯 Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of product management owning technically complex products end-to-end
Experience building operator-facing tooling in real-time environments
Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment
Experience teleoperations or fleet management product experience
Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure
