Senior Technical Product Manager (Agentforce)

📋 Description

• Partner with business owners to align CRM vision and priorities.
• Optimize user workflows and monitor metrics with user feedback.
• Work with internal teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and test hypotheses.
• Write detailed user stories with rationale, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop short- and long-term roadmaps delivering value with minimal risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in tech, services, or SaaS.
• Experience PM-ing Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features and limitations.
• Experience designing AI and agentic solutions within Salesforce to streamline internal workflows.
• Familiarity with end-to-end customer lifecycle and automation to drive velocity.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum and collaborating with engineers and designers.
