Senior Technical Producer - Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 1–2 large-scale projects or 2–3 smaller workstreams.
• Own planning, execution, and quality control of all technical deliverables.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming.
• Partner with Tech Leads to translate requirements into actionable technical tickets and delivery roadmaps.
• Primary contact for technical stakeholders and clients; communicate constraints.
• Proactively identify blockers, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation to keep projects on track.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical production, project management, or delivery management.
• Led complex web/digital projects; comfortable with architecture, APIs.
• Agile expertise: Scrum/Kanban; SDLC management.
• Exceptional communication to translate technical concepts for non-tech stakeholders.
• Adaptable: manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic agency-style environment.
• Attention to detail: deliver polished, bug-free digital experiences.
