Senior Technical Producer - Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 1–2 large projects or 2–3 workstreams.
• Own planning, execution, and quality of all technical deliverables.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retros.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical tickets and roadmaps.
• Primary technical contact for stakeholders; communicate constraints.
• Identify blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical production, PM, or delivery management.
• Proven track record leading complex web projects; discuss architecture and APIs.
• Deep Agile expertise (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC management.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable; able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic agency-like environment.
• Nice to have: Agency background; React-based stack; distributed teams.
