Senior Technical Producer - Marketing

📋 Description

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of 1-2 large projects or 2-3 small workstreams.
• Delivery Ownership: Own planning, execution, and quality of all technical deliverables.
• Agile Facilitation: Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retros, and backlog grooming.
• Backlog Management: Translate requirements into detailed technical tickets.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for technical stakeholders and clients.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify blockers and manage dependencies with mitigation.
• Operational Visibility: Real-time view of project health, velocity, and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in technical production, technical project management, or delivery management.
• Technical Literacy: Led complex web/digital projects; comfortable with architecture, APIs, workflows.
• Agile Expertise: Scrum/Kanban and SDLC experience.
• Communication: Translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Manage multiple workstreams and pivot priorities.
• Attention to Detail: Focus on execution quality and bug-free experiences.
• Nice to have: Agency background in digital services.
• Nice to have: Modern tech stack with React ecosystems and API-first development.
• Nice to have: Distributed teams experience with remote engineering teams.
