- Implement gameplay scenarios using the existing toolset (checkpoints, objectives, enemy spawns, events)
- Own and maintain the technical structure of level design data and content systems before handoff
- Collaborate with programmers, designers, artists, and animators to align technical solutions with the game vision
- Review blueprints, prefabs, and setups to optimize performance and reduce bugs
- Act as technical reference for Level Design, balancing creativity with performance and budget
- Support debugging, bug fixing, strike teams, and cross-disciplinary investigations
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience or a shipped AAA title, incl. 3+ years in tech design
- Strong technical background with scripting and programming paradigms
- Expert Unreal Engine proficiency, including Blueprint scripting and editor workflows
- Experience with multiplayer/co-op titles; strong replication and networking knowledge
- Proven experience with performance profiling, optimization, debugging
- Open-world, systemic/procedural gameplay or AI-driven content experience is a strong asset
