- 5-8+ years in Technical Account Mgmt, CS, or enterprise implementations.
- Post-sale ownership of enterprise relationships; lead QBRs and renewals.
- Translate clinical workflows into technical/operational requirements.
- Experience with healthcare platforms: EMR, HL7, API, FHIR.
- Excellent communication and documentation; client-facing materials.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
