🎯 Requirements
- Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills

- Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat embedding and xApps
- A general developer mindset, with comfort solving problems through flow logic and/or code
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
