- 7+ years in technical design; 2+ yrs specializing in Women's knits & sweaters
- Passion for good-fitting garments and product excellence
- Advanced garment construction knowledge
- Advanced garment development from sketch to production
- Confidence leading fittings with cross-functional teams
- Experience with 3D software Clo, Browzwear, Optiex is a plus
