📋 Description

• Build fit blocks for key styles to start future garment development.
• Manage the fit process from 1st proto to bulk production.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical spec pages by style for accuracy.
• Spec garments, conduct fit sessions, and create detailed fit comments for vendors.
• Collaborate with international technical design teams to standardize fit processes.
• Work with merchandising to maintain quality and incorporate customer and sales feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years as a technical designer with deep category expertise.
• Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and grading.
• Pattern making software, Excel, and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in technical specs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative and resourceful in solving design challenges.
