Design and build automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and self-service portals.
Implement SoD rules, birthright access, and certification campaigns.
Develop API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and flat-file connectors.
Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex synchronization or performance issues.
Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of IGA solutions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years delivering IGA with Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle, etc.
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or PowerShell for rules.
LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, XML proficiency.
Experience integrating SAP, SFDC, Workday, Oracle Ebus/Fusion.
OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC knowledge.
Professional IGA certification; CISSP/CISM desirable but not required.
