Senior Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Onboard customers with tech guidance to drive value quickly.
• Gather integration requirements and co-design solutions with customers.
• Share deployment/governance best practices.
• Work with Product/Engineering to review needs and drive enhancements.
• Evangelize Workato and show automation in deployments and embedded solutions.
• Be a trusted customer advisor and advocate within Workato.
• Conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and optimizations.
• Create/update content: demos, best practices, architecture.
• Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage multiple priorities and other duties as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Knowledge of integrations and system design principles.
• Understanding of technology trends in app integration.
• Demonstrated implementation of quality integration solutions.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud deployments, monitoring and management.
• SDLC understanding and end-to-end integration experience.
• Ability to create quality technical documentation.
• Experience with at least one integration platform (Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite).
• Experience with cloud apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks; JS frontend/backend is a plus.
• Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Experience embedding third-party integrations or iFrames into web apps is a plus.
