🎯 Requirements

- Willingness to travel; 20% travel for customer engagement
- Mentoring or leading small post-sale teams
- Define business processes; gather functional and technical requirements
- Excellent communication, curiosity, and problem-solving
- Experience with Agile (pair programming, stand-ups, sprints)
- Basic OOP; SQL; REST/SOAP APIs; JDBC; AWS/Google Cloud basics
