Senior Technical Architect - Patient CRM

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery workshops to define integration requirements and best practices
• Design end-to-end integration flows between Patient CRM and external entities
• Articulate complex tech and integration concepts to business and IT audiences
• Leverage Vault platform expertise to build scalable, high-performance solutions
• Plan, manage, and execute technical builds: API configurations, middleware orchestration, and batch processing
• Identify and monitor interdependencies across workstreams to mitigate risk
• Contribute to reusable integration assets and methodologies for the Patient CRM team
• Support pre-sales with architecture reviews, scope definition, and complex inquiries
• Collaborate with Product & Strategy to improve technical capabilities and drive product excellence
• Mentor junior technical consultants to foster a growing, collaborative team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical consulting or architecture experience
• Expertise in Life Sciences focusing on patient support and engagement
• Deep knowledge of integration: Middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure batch file sharing
• Experience architecting data exchanges between CRM platforms, hubs, and specialty pharmacies
• Ability to influence senior IT management through technical expertise
• Adept at simplifying data mapping and vendor integration concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Strong solution design with a focus on data integrity and security
• Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Travel up to 25% may be required
• Experience in lean, agile, startup-like settings within a larger org
• Experience building or leading a technical service offering in a software vendor
• Experience developing and refining technical delivery frameworks and best practices
• Coaching junior team members toward successful technical delivery
