📋 Description

  • Build and maintain the animation pipeline across DCC and engine.
  • Set up procedural animation and in-game IK for Killer and Survivor.
  • Automate pipelines in Python and MEL; contribute to Unreal tooling.
  • Diagnose and fix multiplayer animation bugs, including replication issues.
  • Profile and optimize rigs, meshes, and animation assets for memory and FPS.
  • Develop debugging tools and write scalable technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical animation in games.
  • Expertise in Maya and Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred) incl. AnimBlueprints and Control Rig.
  • Experience with MetaHuman: ingestion, rigging, facial pipelines and real-time integration.
  • Strong scripting in Python and/or MEL for pipeline automation.
  • Experience in multiplayer game development or support with networked animation.
  • Strong rigging and skinning fundamentals; solid animation principles.
  • Experience with Motion Matching/Pose Search or modular Control Rig is a plus.
  • Live-service experience is a plus.
