- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Ops to translate needs into NetSuite solutions.
- Lead requirements, document workflows, and drive NetSuite configuration and optimization.
- Design workflows, saved searches, custom records, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Own NetSuite modules (GL, AP/AR, Inventory, Order Management) and ensure controls.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of systems initiatives; manage timelines and deployments.
- Develop UAT plans and ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a Business Systems, Systems/Technical Analyst role.
- Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience in a production environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into system solutions.
- Proven ability to lead systems initiatives independently from discovery to deployment.
- Team player who is willing and happy to help.
