Senior Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead consolidated financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting for board.
• Research accounting standards; advise on acquisitions, equity programs, leases, impairment.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to support lender requirements.
• Prepare and review disclosures, technical memos, and management analyses.
• Coordinate debt, leases, equity, software capitalization, and business combinations.
• Manage and mentor one direct report for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; master's degree preferred.
• CPA license (or equivalent certification).
• 7+ years accounting or audit experience (public and industry preferred).
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; internal controls; IFRS exposure helpful.
• Experience leading technical accounting projects and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
