- Assist in preparing SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) with financial statements and disclosures.
- Maintain SEC reporting platform, including rollforwards, formatting, tie-outs, and XBRL support.
- Prepare supporting schedules and ensure disclosures are complete and accurate.
- Partner with external auditors on audits and quarterly reviews; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in implementing new accounting standards; monitor impact and document conclusions.
- Identify process improvements and support automation and enhanced reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of SEC reporting, public accounting, or related experience
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to partner with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or related field
