  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts in Japan
  • Align with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and CSMs to drive success

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM/Implementation)
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall project management
  • Ability to define and manage integration SOWs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
