  • 5+ years in engineering, technical support, or TAM roles
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and API architecture
  • Proactive consultative approach; effective communication with decision-makers
  • Knowledge of the payments domain / financial services
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications
