  • Lead onboarding and implementation conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and demos; translate tech to business value.
  • Experience driving adoption, expansion, or renewal via proactive technical engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of SSO/SCIM/SAML/OAuth; SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
  • Able to work independently in remote-first environments; cross-functional collaboration.
  • Mentoring peers and enabling scalable processes.
