Fully own the Auth0 TAM account management (business and technical).
Advise customers on best practices and post-sales product adoption.
Engage with personas (CISO, Product Owner, developers) in strategic accounts.
Deepen CIAM and security knowledge to guide customer identity journeys.
Review customer architectures and Auth0 configurations to improve security and ROI.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams for success.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years IT experience with at least 3 years as TAM or IAM practitioner.
Proficiency in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience with hybrid IT legacy apps and enterprise apps with identity data.
Experience with consumer/SaaS deployments and CIAM.
Familiarity with IAM providers and security monitoring (SIEM/MDM/WAF).
BA/BS/MS or equivalent; strong business acumen and executive communication; JavaScript.
