  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (presales or post-sales).
  • Strong communication/presentation with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud software, and Security.
  • Experience in risk identification/mitigation and knowledge content creation.
