📋 Description

  • Primary contact for enterprise accounts; ensure SLA and education.
  • Collaborate with Sales on opportunities; mitigate risks; ensure implementation.
  • Build relationships from front-line to executive levels.
  • Understand customers’ business goals; drive ROI with NiCE products and services.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to resolve tech challenges within SLA; improve satisfaction.
  • Coordinate projects to align with strategy; manage or partner with PMs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (presales or post-sales), incl. PM.
  • Strong communication and presentation with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
  • Professional judgment, business acumen, and ability to work in a matrix-reporting environment.
