  • Be trusted advisor to NiCE customers and align with their priorities.
  • Own post-implementation support and manage escalations and requests.
  • Maintain strategic relationships across client units to drive service excellence.
  • Interface between customers and NiCE support teams for critical issues.
  • Ensure maximum value from NiCE solutions at designated accounts.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-5 years IT industry experience.
  • 2+ years in upper-management role or program management.
  • Bachelor's or master's in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification required.
  • Strong English writing and speaking; excellent client-facing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PM tools: MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
