📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in DigitalOcean product portfolio and cloud ecosystem.
  • Design and plan infrastructure architectures for customer use cases.
  • Conduct regular technical sessions and workshops to enable customers to manage their cloud.
  • Maintain knowledge of cloud best practices and pursue relevant cloud certifications.
  • Manage and grow key accounts; drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Account Managers to align customer needs with DigitalOcean’s goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Cloud infra experience; Linux, distributed systems, automation.
  • Programming in Python or Go.
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
  • Know AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Git, SQL, CI/CD, and basics of AI/ML infra.
  • Customer-centric, with strong communication and collaboration.
