• Technical Expertise

  • Main language: Python or Go.
  • Provisioning/deploy tools: Terraform, Ansible, Docker.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Git, SQL, CI/CD; AI/ML infra basics.
• Customer-Centric Approach
  • Deliver customer outcomes.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders; prioritize.
  • Analyze trends; drive improvements.
  • Translate feedback into insights.
• Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written comms; explain complex concepts.
