Senior Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate deep technical and executive relationships with strategic accounts.
• Partner with Sales to confirm ongoing value and align to security objectives.
• Work hands-on to operationalize new features and develop custom scripts.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product to prioritize feature requests.
• Guide customers through post-sales milestones and adoption of Corelight services.
• Perform expert-level configuration, troubleshooting, and demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a hands-on technical role (security engineering, sys admin, or network operations).
• Domain expertise in network security, incident response, and threat hunting; Zeek/Suricata familiarity.
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols (SMB, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, X.509) and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, PCAP).
• BS/BA or equivalent in CS, EE, MIS.
• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel, including international assignments.
