π― Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in post-sales with customer advocacy

- Empathetic listener who can manage customer expectations
- Proven track record with large enterprises in high-growth environments
- Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and based in Germany
