🎯 Requirements

  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship skills
  • Empathetic listener who can manage customer expectations
  • Proven track record with large enterprises in high-growth environments
  • Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and based in Germany
