  • Manage post-sales tech needs for enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with champions and tech teams to drive adoption.
  • Create deployment and adoption plans; monitor usage and risks with the CSM.

  • Develop expertise in AppOmni API to augment UI with script-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the SaaS app support roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in customer success or technical account management in SaaS.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers and C-level executives.
  • SaaS security/Cloud security or IAM experience preferred.
  • Python, Django, and API data workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs and authentication methods.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk.
