  • Serve as primary tech advocate for customers, enabling onboarding and long-term success.
  • Guide customers in operationalizing use cases and integrating Dragos into workflows.
  • Lead account reviews, roadmap alignment, and platform optimization to maintain value.
  • Monitor health/adoption metrics, identify risks, and support get-well plans.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales for a seamless experience.
  • Deliver OT cybersecurity training, workshops, and executive-level briefings (up to 30% travel).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years OT experience with ICS/SCADA/DCS.
  • 1+ year in cybersecurity engineering or SOC role.
  • Strong ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts, risk management, and threat scenarios.
  • SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar/FortiSIEM/Elastic) and SPAN/TAPs, VLANs, firewalls.
  • Customer-facing/post-sales experience delivering value-focused tech support and influencing stakeholders.
  • Able to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts.
  • TAM/SE/Resident Engineer/CSM experience is a plus.
