π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
- 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (pre/post-sales) incl. PM.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and ops.
- Tech expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, Security.
- Strong judgment and business acumen in a matrix environment.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, handle pressure.
- Experience in risk identification/mitigation; knowledge-content creation.
