  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts; ensure contract and SLA fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to align on opportunities and resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all levels of the customer's organization.
  • Understand customers' business goals and drive ROI with NiCE's products and services.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges within SLA targets.
  • Coordinate and synchronize projects for alignment with strategy and completion.
  • Leverage deep technical knowledge of NiCE products to implement solutions.
  • Conduct regular service and technology reviews and manage escalations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (pre/post-sales) incl. PM.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and ops.
  • Tech expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, Security.
  • Strong judgment and business acumen in a matrix environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, handle pressure.
  • Experience in risk identification/mitigation; knowledge-content creation.
