  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts; manage SLA and education.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on opportunities and deployments.
  • Build relationships across the customer org and drive ROI with NiCE products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues within SLA targets.
  • Coordinate projects with Project Managers to ensure alignment and completion.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and lead escalations to improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management (presales or post-sales), incl. program/project management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
  • Self-motivated with prioritization, meeting deadlines, and handling customer issues under pressure.
