  • Serve as primary contact and advocate for enterprise accounts, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to align on opportunities and resources.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management in presales or post-sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
