- 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management in presales or post-sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
