Advocate and trusted advisor for k-12 Charter School clients.
Lead strategic planning meetings to map client tech environments and IT roadmaps.
Deeply integrate with client orgs to maximize technology use and value.
Support healthy client relationships and align CTS resources to client needs.
Drive process improvements and act as a thought partner across CTS teams.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in technology services, IT leadership.
Understanding of core network infra: switches, wireless, firewall, WAN.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.
Experience budgeting OPEX and CAPEX.
PM certifications such as CAPM or PMP are a plus.
Strong communication; ability to manage multiple projects.
