  • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts as primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Guide customers through complex integrations (multi-workspace, SSO/SAML, auth flows).
  • Drive retention and expansion by identifying risks and upsell opportunities.
  • Translate feedback and usage into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Support to optimize escalation paths and consistency.
  • Create and maintain technical docs, onboarding guides, and scalable knowledge resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a dev tools or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of web auth and identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, JWTs).
  • Able to read and discuss code with customers across React, Next.js, Node.js; debug with engineers.
  • Proven track record managing customer accounts and driving retention/expansion.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, globally distributed team.
  • Experience with CRMs (Attio, Salesforce) and support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom); Slack.
