π― Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a dev tools or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of web auth and identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, JWTs).
- Able to read and discuss code with customers across React, Next.js, Node.js; debug with engineers.
- Proven track record managing customer accounts and driving retention/expansion.
- Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, globally distributed team.
- Experience with CRMs (Attio, Salesforce) and support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom); Slack.
