🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in talent management or HR, ideally in a fast-growing company.
  • Proven experience designing talent systems (review, differentiation, succession, career progression) with scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail while seeing the big ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
