• Build relationships with top GTM talent in fintech, SaaS, and financial services.
• Focus on quality over quantity.
• Own end-to-end GTM recruiting: sourcing, screening, panels, offers.
• Develop and refine GTM hiring processes; advise on better searches and evaluation.
• Balance art and science in recruiting; craft messaging and run A/B tests.
• Obsess over metrics: pipeline, time-to-hire, offer acceptance; beat targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting (sales, CS, or SE).
• Passion for experimentation; leverage AI, test sourcing channels, iterate.
• Deep GTM market knowledge; know where AEs/CSMs hang out and speak their language.
• Experience in high-accountability environments (startups/fintech/FS).
• Operational excellence; disciplined searches, timelines, coaching.
• Clear, persuasive communication to sell Rho to talent.
