  • Own full-cycle GTM recruiting for Sales, AM, Enterprise, and RevOps roles.
  • Primary recruiting partner to GTM leadership; align on priorities and workforce planning.
  • Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
  • Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and data-backed hiring advice.
  • Design, improve, and document GTM recruiting processes to scale quickly.
  • Partner with leadership to refine interview structures, scorecards, and decisions.
  • Identify gaps in the funnel; implement scalable recruiting solutions.
  • Establish best practices for candidate communications, engagement, and offers.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience with timely feedback and engagement.
  • Own ATS workflows, data hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality, satisfaction) and share insights.
  • Continuously raise the bar on how Curri shows up to GTM candidates.

🎯 Requirements

  • In-house recruiting only; agency experience not a fit.
  • 5+ years in-house recruiting with a GTM focus.
  • Proven success leading full-cycle GTM recruiting in a fast-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing with a track record of outbound pipelines.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as strategic advisor.
  • Build, improve, and scale recruiting processes, not just execute.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple searches.
  • Hands-on experience with Lever or a comparable ATS.
  • Builder mentality with action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
