- Continuously raise the bar on how Curri shows up to GTM candidates.

- In-house recruiting only; agency experience not a fit.
- 5+ years in-house recruiting with a GTM focus.
- Proven success leading full-cycle GTM recruiting in a fast-growth environment.
- Strong sourcing with a track record of outbound pipelines.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as strategic advisor.
- Build, improve, and scale recruiting processes, not just execute.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple searches.
- Hands-on experience with Lever or a comparable ATS.
- Builder mentality with action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
