🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise hiring across tech and commercial roles.
  • Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; influence and collaborate with managers and leadership.
  • Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred) to manage pipelines and data.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
