- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house at a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Proven experience recruiting for a range of rolesโfrom technical to GTM to payroll to insurance.
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, follow-through, and candidate experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team.
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a nice-to-have.
