  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with the TA team to share insights and improve processes.
  • Track recruiting metrics for transparency with stakeholders.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top talent.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a range of rolesโ€”from technical to GTM to payroll to insurance.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, follow-through, and candidate experience.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team.
  • Experience with Ashby ATS is a nice-to-have.
