  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Commercial, and G&A.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and interview plans.
  • Source and engage top talent via multiple channels.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
  • Manage multiple roles in parallel, prioritizing by business needs.
  • Drive inclusive hiring with fair sourcing and selection.

  • London office 2 days per week.
  • 6+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting across technical and commercial roles.
  • Hired across multiple functions and levels (e.g., AE to SWE; IC to Manager).
  • Run complex searches end-to-end; align stakeholders quickly.
  • Strong sourcing skills; LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Fluent in English; German a plus.
