- Experience partnering with regional and global teams.
- Expertise in employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and compensation programs.
- Experience leading and coaching teams; ability to influence and develop others.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for a global, diverse team.
- Self-directed and highly independent; comfortable with remote management.
