  • Experience partnering with regional and global teams.
  • Expertise in employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and compensation programs.
  • Experience leading and coaching teams; ability to influence and develop others.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for a global, diverse team.
  • Self-directed and highly independent; comfortable with remote management.
