🎯 Requirements
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition or HR coordination.
- Knowledge of internal talent mapping, promotions, or interdepartmental recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/ATS.
- Experience drafting employment agreements, coordinating onboarding and due diligence.
