- Strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple requisitions across departments.
- Data-driven, using market insights to guide hiring decisions.
- High urgency and tenacity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience using AI and automation for sourcing, engagement, and analytics.
- Professional services experience supporting high-volume, high-demand hiring.
- Experience mentoring and developing other recruiters.
