🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Technical Recruiter, with Customer Success and Engineering focus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Trusted Talent Advisor, influencing hiring with senior leadership.
  • Strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple requisitions across departments.
  • Data-driven, using market insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • High urgency and tenacity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience using AI and automation for sourcing, engagement, and analytics.
  • Professional services experience supporting high-volume, high-demand hiring.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other recruiters.
